Lc-Betel graduated with a BA in Fine Arts from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata (Argentina) and holds an MA in Digital Graphic Design from the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (Spain).
His studio practice explores the human figure through the tension between identity, the body, memory, and transformation. Deeply influenced by Art Informel and the figurative tradition of the School of London, his work integrates painting and drawing to construct portraits where emotional, psychological, and spiritual dimensions converge. Through a tactile, expressive, and matter-centric approach (matérico-expresiva), he develops visual narratives addressing themes of fragility, migration, displacement, and the reconstruction of contemporary identity.
His work seeks to generate profound, introspective, and sensory experiences, framing each artwork as an emotional architecture in constant transformation. He has exhibited his work across Argentina and Colombia, featuring in prominent spaces such as the Congress of the Republic of Colombia, the National Police Museum in Bogotá, and the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba, among others.
